JAPANESE WAGYU BEEF
We use Ozakigyu from Miyazaki Prefecture (South of Japan), imported directly from Japan, in this exclusive Wagyu Farm, the cattle are breed and feed naturally in a wild area, this Wagyu is 100% Organic.
IBERIAN PORK
We use selected pieces from Joselito, that comes from pigs feed it in natural way with acorn and in the “Extremadura Dehesa” pastures.
CHICKEN
Using organic chicken that is grow and feed it in a natural way, you can feel the quality and flavor in each bite.
FISH AND SEAFOOD
We use fresh tuna THUNNUS ORIENTALIS type and fresh Mediterranean prawn from Denia.
THE SALT
It’s the most basic condiment that we use in our dishes. In Honoo we use a large selection of natural salts for each dish.
