Executive Chef

He worked in Japan as a chef for 12 years, moving to Málaga (Spain) to work as chef in the Japanese restaurant Zenart, after he moves to Valencia to become part of the Tastem Restaurant team, as a head chef; in 2015 he won the Global sushi Challenge Spain as the best sushi-chef, taking him to the world final that was celebrate it in Tokyo, becoming 5th of the world.

He started working as a chef in Casa Marcial (** Michelin Star), after this he became part of the cooking tem in Q de Barella (Gastronomic Restaurant) in Valencia, actually he is the Head Chef of the Restaurant Honoo.
